Team Development: Building or Bonding?
What makes some teams succeed, and others fail? Whatever business you are in, it is your people, and the culture they work in, that make it successful. When trying to achieve success, there are many ways for teams to get together and learn more about each other. Although team building (or development) and team bonding may look the same, I believe there is a significant difference between bonding and building.
